Any chance you could post an example of your daily intake? I want to try IF but know (that without rough guidance) I'll go nuts the moment that window opens! Thanks in advance :)

As a former binge eater, my biggest worry was that the floodgates would open as soon as my "feeding window" opened but I can honestly say that never happened. to me. However, do be cautious as I know other people with a history of binge eating had to stop fasting for the very reason you are concerned about.
Fasting isn't for everyone, but do give it a try and see how you feel :)
